How much will shipping & handling be on my order?

Shipping & handling is based on the size of the order and what shipping zone you live in. Most orders are shipped out by U.S. Priority Mail (USPS).

Our shopping cart will calculate your exact charges after you enter your zip code information. You will have a chance to review your total charges including the shipping amount before completing of your order.

Do you ship orders outside of the United States?

Yes, we will ship to countries outside the US, but we require a money order, certified or cahiers check sent to us by mail.

You will also need to contact us to find out the correct total to add for shipping charges to your destination.

In no cases are we able to prepay import or duty fees. Also certain restrictions may apply for us to send merchandise into your country. Please find out if these restrictions apply to you.

Our Canadian customers will be happy to know we send packages into Canada on a regular basis.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most packages are normally sent out by the next business day after we receive your order.
Please allow 3-4 additional delivery days for your order to arrive.

What size shirt should I order? Do your shirts shrink?

Although we use high quality, 100% cotton pre-shrunk shirts, all cotton shirts will still shrink a little after washing.

We recommend that you order one size larger than you normally wear to accomodate for any shrinkage that may occur.

I am ordering an item for a gift. Do you have any gift cards that you can send?

Yes, FishNgifts will include a free gift card at your request. Please let us know in the special instructions area on the order form what you want printed on the gift card. Make sure you include who the gift is FROM or the recipent may not know who sent it to them.

I want to order many shirts. Do you offer special pricing on large orders?

Yes, please contact us by phone or email and we will see what we can do for you. As a general rule, orders of at least 12 shirts of the same design are available at wholesale pricing. Wholesale orders require a minimum order of $100.

I have an order I would like to send back or exchange. What is your return policy?

Our return policy is as follows:

If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly refund or exchange any item within 30 days of the purchase date subject to the conditions below:

New, unopened merchandise can be exchanged for a full refund or store credit (less shipping and handling charges).

Opened, used or items that are defective in material and or workmanship can be exchanged for replacement or store credit only, (shipping charges will be credited on defective merchandise).

Merchandise must be returned in original, undamaged carton and packaged with all parts.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and well packaged and protected.

Credit subject to final inspection upon return.

We will credit the original purchaser's credit card or issue an on-line gift certificate, depending on the original payment method. We will issue an on-line gift certificate for gift returns. Shipping charges, gift-wrapping costs, and offer discounts will gladly be refunded if we made an error with your order. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of returned merchandise.

I am having problems ordering. What could be the problem?

Some people may experience problems ordering. This is usually due to some type of cookie error.

In many cases there is a setting that needs to be changed in your browser to accept cookies. Cookies are harmless pieces of information that are added to a temporary location on your computer. We need to do this to keep track of your order. After your order is complete, we have no other use for this cookie and do not access this information again.

Do you have shirt sizes larger than 3X?

We do have a limited stock of some shirts in size 4X in White only. Please email us at support@fishngifts.com if there is a shirt that you would like to order in this size.
